Follow the Rainbow's Park Kids Yoga sessions will be running throughout the Summer on Saturday mornings in Queen's Park!

Park Kids Yoga is a great way of getting your child out in the fresh air, being active, socialising and
learning about ways to look after their body and their mind.

Park Kids Yoga is fun!

Classes are fun, engaging and interactive and always themed around a topic which captivated children’s interests and imagination!

Park Kids Yoga also includes Kids Mindfulness activities

Kids Mindfulness is a form of mindfulness that is tailored specifically to children’s needs and ages. It helps children manage stress and anxiety, increase self-control and sustain attention.
