Follow the Rainbow provides a rich and creative curriculum of Kids Yoga, Arts & Crafts and other STEM activities all themed around engaging topics that captivate children’s imagination. 
Our 2026 dates will be released mid-November and we are also registering interest for a Winter Wonderland camp during the Christmas 2025 holidays. 
 

Our OFSTED report in August 2025 highlighted that “children thrive in this vibrant and inclusive holiday club” and “children are encouraged to explore through hands-on active play and imaginative experiences”.

Follow the Rainbow was founded by Jess in 2019. Jess is a qualified primary school teacher with a proven track-record of successful pedagogical teaching and learning strategies.

Having trained as a Kids Yoga & Mindfulness teacher in 2018 with “Rainbow Yoga”, she now combines both passions for children’s well-being and yoga to give your child a fun, unique and beneficial experience of yoga and mindfulness!
