Jess
Founder of Follow the Rainbow
Baby, Nursery & Kids Yoga Teacher
After teaching as a primary school teacher for 10 years, Jess decided to combine her love of children and yoga together, creating Follow the Rainbow in June 2019. She has since then been designing and delivery yoga classes to children, families and schools.
Her approach to sharing yoga is very much fun, engaging and creative! She aims to provide a high-quality curriculum.

Sermin
Nursery & Kids Yoga Teacher
Sermin joined Follow the Rainbow in 2022.
Having worked as a banker in a high pressured environment, she discovered yoga which really helped her find the balance she was seeking in her life.
Originally from Turkey, Sermin trained to be a yoga teacher there, before moving to London when she trained as a Kids Yoga teacher in 2021.
