  • Why did you become a Kids Yoga teacher? I have practised yoga for over 15 years and I experienced first-hand the benefits on the mind, body and soul, and believe that children can benefit immensely from the practice. Guiding them to tune into their body, breath and to regulate their minds at a young age will give them to tools to use as they grow and develop. Mindful children grow into mindful adults, which helps to create a more peaceful and loving world for us all to live in!
  • What do you enjoy most about it? That it’s a combination of all the things that I love; connecting with children, yoga poses, storytelling, music and singing.  It’s super fun!
  • What’s your favourite yoga pose? It changes continuously, but I’ve always loved a good wheel pose.
  • Aside from yoga, what else do you love? Anything creative; painting, writing, dancing, playing the hand drum, being in nature and most of all relaxing!
  • According to you, what makes a really great Kids Yoga class? That everyone tried something at-least once.
