WONDERFUL WATERFALL: Feel the fresh water wash over your body and let your worries and troubles be washed away as your whole body becomes cool and light.
FLUFFY FEATHERS: As you let your body become as light as a feather, let all your worries drift away, as you become lighter and lighter.
BUBBLE MEDITATION: Think of your favourite colour and imagine that you are in a big bubble of that colour. As you breathe and relax, let the colour travel through all the parts of your body.
BIG BALLOON: Imagine that you are holding a big, light balloon of your favourite colour. Breathe deeply as you feel the balloon gently rising into the sky.
FAVOURITE COLOUR: Think of your favourite colour. Imagine that you are enveloped in a huge bubble of your favourite colour. Breathe this wonderful colour into all the parts of your body and relax.
CANDLE GAZING: An Autumn favourite, with the days getting darker and longer! You will need an LED candle for this meditation. As you observe the candle changing colour and gaze at your flame.
SEASHORE MEDITATION: Let your body relax as you hear the waves lap in and out like your breath.
MINDFUL EATING: All you’ll need is a quiet space and a piece of chocolate or a grape or a sultana! Or even a small piece of banana bread, anything goes! The idea is really to slow down and use our senses to feel everything in a more mindful way. Sit back and let yourself be guided by this recording!
