Sharon discovered yoga during a time when she was constantly pushing herself to meet high expectations. Through yoga, she learned the importance of balance, resilience and self-kindness, and found tools to support both body and mind.
Inspired by the positive impact yoga had on her own life, Sharon now shares this practice with both adults and children. She is passionate about helping children develop strength, flexibility, confidence and mindfulness through fun and engaging yoga sessions.
Sharon creates a nurturing and supportive environment where children can move, breathe and grow at their own pace.

Why did you become a Kids Yoga teacher? Yoga has helped me enormously, both physically and mentally, and I truly believe learning yoga early can make a lifelong difference.
What do you enjoy most about it? Children often have little idea what yoga is at first, which makes it especially rewarding to see them confidently show the poses they’ve learned and genuinely enjoy the class after just a few sessions.
What’s your favourite yoga pose? Crow Pose. I was convinced I would topple over at first. It taught me to trust myself and the process, and that patience and practice really do pay off.
Aside from yoga, what else do you love? Being in nature, enjoying good food, travelling and cuddling dogs. Ideally all in the same weekend.
According to you, what makes a really great Kids Yoga class? The games! It sounds simple, but that’s when the children laugh the loudest and engage the most – building confidence, focus and learning to coordinate with one another without even realising it.
